I grew up in the house my great grandfather built in 1867, just after the Civil War. It has remained much the same for four generations. I miss being there. These paintings are often large (6 x 3) and let me feel I can almost walk into the spaces and the memories. It's very rewarding to share these images with others who also grew up loving an old house.
